Panel rules for Chevron in Ecuador Amazon case

QUITO, Ecuador (AP) -- Plaintiffs' hopes for collecting a $19 billion judgment awarded by an Ecuadorean court against Chevron Corp. for oil contamination in the Amazon have suffered another potential setback.
